Positive: Excellent value for money. Clean. Nice food. could clean and bring my (road) bike to the room. Amazing new wellness area.
Negative: Small things: Could have reminded guests that you need to have dedicated wet area slippers and cap for the wellness area. Coffee machine (instant powder based) used during breakfast is a bit sad for a place in Italy. Sure it’s possible to get a nice cappuccino for extra pay from the bar. But the standard coffee option could have been a bit better. At least some fresh filter coffee. Otherwise breakfast was excellent.

Positive: Amazing sauna and pool area, cosy atmosphere, good breakfast, nice rooms.
Negative: The beds were very uncomfortable, and there was no fridge in the room. The staff was nice, but not particularly hospitable. At first, we were asked what we would like to drink at breakfast. We ordered decaffeinated cappuccinos, which the waiter said was not a problem. However, the next morning, that same waiter charged us for ordering the exact same drinks. We complained at the reception, but he did not even apologize.
Summary: Great breakfast, nice saunas, uncomfortable beds.

Positive: Amazing place! Do not get fooled by its look from outside. They are trying to renew it. This place has nice and clean spa&wellness. Awesome saunas (the hay one was amazing). And the staff of this hotel was really great. We visited for a few days just right after our wedding and they all were so kind we even got special gifts at our hotel room. And the main waiter (a guy) was incredibly nice. He chatted with us every evening, the service was perfect! Thank you for making our stay very pleasant :)
Negative: Just one small thing and it was same food to choose from every morning for breakfast.
Summary: Great and nice place with perfect location.

Positive: The new wellness centre is lovely!!
Negative: No fault of the hotel, but we had to wait to use the “aqua moon” (tropical experience showers) at times because some people were using it as their own personal showers with shampoo and body wash etc! would appreciate the hotel staff advising guests to use the many lovely showers provided for personal washing instead.
Summary: Lovely stay, hope to return !
